<div></p>
<div>Fellas as you get more experienced (yeah so OK I mean older) you will start to grow some serious eyebrows. Ya know the bookshelf joints that look like nori on your face&#8230; right.</div>
<p></p>
<div>The Solution is here&#8230; Manscaping by Alison at Kiss &amp; Make Up.</div>
<p></p>
<div>I think this little lady gets a bit of a rush by causing pain on big dudes like me but my brows have never looked so cute&#8230; um oops I mean&#8230;nice. No more Captain Lou Albino braces rubber bands on the eyebrows just to keep them out of the eyes. My Cookie Monster days are over.</div>
<p></p>
<div>Here&#8217;s how: Take your GF for the treat of getting eye brows done and while you are there play it off like you are scared and too butch to get your eye garages done. Keep insisting &#8220;Imma Man.. I don&#8217;t need my brows done&#8221; (puff the chest up a bit first though&#8230; chicks digg this) then when they keep egging you on (and they will)&#8230; give in quietly and tell the GF it is only for her because you love her so much you&#8217;ll let yourself get punk&#8217;d for her. Trust me this plan is bullet proof and you will have <a class="zem_slink freebase/en/gq" title="GQ" rel="homepage" href="http://www.gq.com/">GQ</a> brows in about 5 mins or less.</div>
<p></p>
<div>If you are single just get&#8217;em chopped asap it will certainly step your game up. The ladies don&#8217;t like forehead hedges son. While you are at it get the nails cleaned up too.</div>
<p></p>
<div>I go to see Alison like twice a month and I always get compliments on having nice eyebrows&#8230; then I get to say&#8230;  Yes &#8220;I&#8217;m man enough to get my Manscaping on&#8221;</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">We also tend to get ill this time of year and for years we have blamed it on the <a class="zem_slink" title="Common cold" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_cold">colds</a>, flu and now thanks to some major &#8220;Red Herringness&#8221; the <a class="zem_slink" title="Swine influenza" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swine_influenza">swine flu</a>. Truth is most seasonal illnesses are caused from <a class="zem_slink" title="Stress (biological)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_%28biological%29">stress</a> and fear. Both are known to lower your body&#8217;s resistance to common illnesses.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">It is time for all us us to Step Into The Risk Of The Visionary. Simply put you have to be willing to identify with a successful outcome before you even have any idea of how to get there. The guts to know your are gonna make it and make it in a big way. Yeah I know you all read &#8220;The Secret&#8221; and other &#8220;<a class="zem_slink" title="Law of Attraction" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_Attraction">Law of Attraction</a>&#8221; book if not they will help you understand this not so secret way of <a class="zem_slink" title="Getting Things Done" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Getting_Things_Done">getting things done</a>.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">If you see your self winning you will have the sudden ability to brainstorm all the things you need to make your endgame happen.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I personally use <a class="zem_slink" title="Mind map" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_map">Mind Mapping</a> and List. After you make yourself a goal.. let&#8217;s say get shopping done early and cheap&#8230; you will all of a sudden start thinking of gifts for people and of good cheap ones. Write this down <a class="zem_slink" title="ASAP (Bardot song)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASAP_%28Bardot_song%29">ASAP</a> spend about 15 mins just letting it flow. The Names, Stores, Gifts, Sizes, Color, Cards will all just pop into your head like <a class="zem_slink" title="Lysergic acid diethylamide" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lysergic_acid_diethylamide">LSD</a> trips from the sixties. Me secret is just let it all flow with no specific order and then make the logical list after your done.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">This example will work for any end of year task not just shopping.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 77px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Leave me some comments, questions or feedback of how this works for you or if you have a better way.</div>

<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">Today is LIVE<strong>STRONG</strong> Day. Thirteen years ago today, my doctor told me I had advanced <a class="zem_slink" title="Testicular cancer" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Testicular_cancer">testicular cancer</a>. What most people don’t know is that at the time, <strong>I didn’t have <a class="zem_slink" title="Health insurance" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_insurance">health insurance</a></strong>. In the following weeks, I received letter after letter from the insurance company refusing to pay for my treatment. I was fighting for my life—but also for the coverage that I desperately needed.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">The legislation currently being debated in Congress is not just words on a page—for many cancer survivors, it’s a matter of life and death. Now, as this debate enters crunch time, I need your help to ensure that what happened to me doesn&#8217;t happen to any other American:</p>

<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;"><strong>No American should be denied health insurance coverage because of pre-existing conditions.</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;"><strong>No American should lose their insurance due to changes in health or employment.</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">Will you sign the LIVE<strong>STRONG</strong> Action petition to make sure any legislation includes these two critically important reforms? We’ll deliver these to Capitol Hill this month as the debate reaches its climax and make sure our voices are heard in the debate:</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;"><a style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #027ac6; text-decoration: none;" href="http://www.kintera.org/TR.asp?a=kwK3JlMZIjJVJmL&amp;s=7eJLKVPtEaKDLLMoElG&amp;m=lsKUK4MMLpL5F" target="_blank">http://www.livestrongaction.org/campaigns/healthcare</a></p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">When I received my diagnosis, I was between cycling contracts. My new insurer used the diagnosis as a reason to deny coverage after the new contract was signed. Fortunately, one of my sponsors intervened. At their insistence, I was added to their insurance company and was able to continue my life-saving treatment. If my sponsor, a powerful company, had not gone to bat for me, I may not have made it.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">I was lucky. We can&#8217;t rely on luck to ensure coverage and treatment for the millions of Americans affected by cancer. Some cannot get coverage because they&#8217;ve already been diagnosed. Others get calls from their insurance companies saying they have been dropped. It happens all the time—and it&#8217;s unacceptable.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">Every year on LIVE<strong>STRONG</strong> Day, we come together to take action for a world without cancer. In the U.S., a critical step is to make sure cancer survivors can get and keep their health insurance.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">It has been 13 years since my diagnosis, but in some ways, not much has changed. No person should have to worry about health insurance while battling cancer. That so many do is an outrage, and we must speak out.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;">Please sign the petition and forward it along to your friends and family:</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #000000; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 16px; margin-left: 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px;"><a style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; color: #027ac6; text-decoration: none;" href="http://www.kintera.org/TR.asp?a=gsJVK9OJIfLPJcJ&amp;s=7eJLKVPtEaKDLLMoElG&amp;m=lsKUK4MMLpL5F" target="_blank">http://www.livestrongaction.org/campaigns/healthcare</a></p>

<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Let&#8217;s face it we are all guilty of wasting a huge amount of time. My problem is the people who constantly complain about how they have no time and are very doom and gloom about it and all the related issues that are causing them <a class="zem_slink" title="Stress (biological)" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stress_%28biological%29">stress</a>. I call these people &#8220;Psychological Vampires&#8221;. You know them, <a class="zem_slink" title="Hell" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell">Hell</a>! you may be one of them. </span></p>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">The number one reason for illness, divorce and suicide is stress. </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">Most studies agree that finances are a leading cause of stress. In an online poll conducted in 2005 by LifeCare, Inc., 23 percent of respondents named finances as the leading cause of stress in their lives. Financial stress has led the list in many modern polls.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14px;">Some who name finances as the leading cause of stress cite major purchases they have to make, such as a home or car. Others are stressed by a loss of income, or mounting <a class="zem_slink" title="Credit card" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Credit_card">credit card</a> debt. For some, financial stress will eventuate in <a class="zem_slink" title="Bankruptcy" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bankruptcy">bankruptcy</a>. While college students stress over paying for an education, <a class="zem_slink" title="Baby Boomer" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_Boomer">Baby Boomers</a> and older <a class="zem_slink" title="Old age" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_age">senior citizens</a> find that retirement income can be a major cause of stress. </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">This madness has to stop now.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br />
</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">If money is the true root of all evil it is because we don&#8217;t seem to have enough of it. There are a billion and one books on how to get more money; however, most of them miss out on the easiest way possible stop wasting time. I find most people don&#8217;t respect how much personal time is worth. They don&#8217;t respect their own time value so in turn they don&#8217;t respect yours or mine either.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br />
</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">So how much is your time worth? Here is the magic formula:</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>1. Write down how much money you want to make next year.</strong></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>2. Divide that number by 2,080, the number of typical work hours in a year</strong></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>3. This is your hourly value. </strong></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>4. Divide that number by 6, to get the value of each ten minute segment of your work day.</strong></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>5. Own that value, Never disrespect it or anyone else&#8217;s version of it.</strong></span></div>
<div><em>ie:</em></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Let&#8217;s say you want to make a cool <strong><em>Hundy</em></strong>, <em><strong>$100,000</strong></em> divided by <em><strong>2,080</strong></em> equals <em><strong>$48.07</strong></em> per hour divided by <em><strong>6</strong></em> equals <em><strong>$8.01</strong></em>. For every ten minutes you spend on anything your are spending, wasting or earning <em><strong>$8.01</strong></em>. Remember that while you are gossiping, starting trouble, smoking or just phasing out when you should be working. You can&#8217;t get away from the time so we end up making it up on the weekends, during family time or not going on vacation. Now that is exactly how we get stressed.</span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br />
</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Next time I cover this I&#8217;ll go over some good time savings tips and how to stay focused.</span></div>
</div>

</span></div>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">You&#8217;ve seen it before—a frustrated driver on the side of the road trying to fan his overheated car. But the car&#8217;s not going anywhere and neither is he.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Just like a car, your body is a machine that needs fluids to operate efficiently. In fact, your body is more than 60% water, and even light exercise can deplete that percentage. No fluid means no function, and suddenly it&#8217;s you stranded on the trail with an overtaxed body. This loss of fluid is called <a class="zem_slink" title="Dehydration" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dehydration">dehydration</a>. And hydrating, or adding fluids, is the key to keeping it from happening to you.</p>
<p><strong>The Benefits of Staying Well Hydrated?<br />
</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">More energy, power and endurance.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Stay cooler, feel better.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Go farther, faster.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Work harder, burn more calories.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Decrease your recovery time so you can go out and do it all again.</span></li>
</ul>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve reached the point of feeling thirsty, dehydration has already begun. If left this way, the body will continue to provide signs that it is running low. Early signs include a dry mouth and a decrease in energy. These can quickly lead to cramps, headaches and nausea.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; "><strong>Tell Me the Cure!<br />
</strong> The cure to all this unpleasantness is as close as a glass of water. Experts recommend the following to make sure you are well hydrated while exercising:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drink early—about 2 hours before exercise.</li>
<li>Drink often—continually sip fluids rather than gulp them down infrequently.</li>
<li>Add sport/energy drinks —they help restore carbohydrates and <a class="zem_slink" title="Electrolyte" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrolyte">electrolytes</a>.</li>
<li>Drink after—post-exercise hydration gets your fluid levels back to normal and can help with recovery.</li>
<li>Use the &#8220;copious and clear&#8221; rule—this refers to urine volume and color when you&#8217;re drinking enough fluids. Darker color and less volume is an indication that you&#8217;re dehydrated.</li>
</ul>
<p>Finally, make sure your fluids are close at hand. When you&#8217;re 2 miles into a hike, your water bottle is not much good to you sitting in your car. REI has a wide variety of hydration systems to help you carry your water with you and keep you hydrated.
</p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">Too much of a good thing, even water, can have negative side effects. The flip-side to dehydration is over-hydration, or <a class="zem_slink" title="Hyponatremia" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyponatremia">hyponatremia</a>. This is a fairly rare condition which mainly affects endurance athletes such as marathon runners and triathletes. In hyponatremia, sodium levels in the blood become so diluted that cell function becomes impaired. In extreme cases, hyponatremia may cause coma and even death.</p>
<p><strong>The Solution to This Dilution?<br />
</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Try not to drink more than you sweat.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Keep your salt levels balanced by drinking a <a class="zem_slink" title="Sports drink" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_drink">sports drink</a> with electrolytes instead of plain water and/or eating a salty snack such as pretzels.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">Drink while you&#8217;re exercising and you&#8217;ll be less likely to drink too much.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: normal; ">You can test your water intake by weighing yourself before and after intense physical activity. You should weigh about the same. If you have gained weight, you are probably drinking too much water.</span></li>
