Tasting Notes This Junmai Ginjo (no alcohol added heavily polished) is light and smooth starting out with a fruity and nutty taste and smooths out with a crisp green apple finish This sake has the nose of white peaches, and apricots (stone fruits). Soft Crisp Mouthfeel Fruit Forward Easy Drinker Serve Chilled
  4. Talking Points Aichi Prefecture is a prefecture of Japan located in the southeast of the Tokai region of in the center of Honshū. Aichi is shaped like a crab. Aichi is the home of Nagoya. Recommended Dishes This sake is a great pork and grilled meats. Can be served as a stand alone.

  3. Tasting Notes This Junmai Ginjo is produced in Akita Prefecture in the Tohoku Region of northern Honshu. This sake has the nose of peaches and strawberries and is best served chill. Light Soft Mouthfeel Sweet Fruity
  4. Talking Points The image on the front of this bottle is one of the most meaningful symbols in the sake world. It is a sugidama, a large ball created from cedar needles that sake makers hang in front of their breweries during the brewing season. Akita is famous for rice farming and its sake breweries. It is well-known for having the highest consumption of sake in Japan. Recommended Dishes This sake compliments sashimi and grilled foods. Will balance spicy foods.

Kind of neat reaction. I got it at The Sake Shop but I’ve seen it at other places line SWAM in Pearl City and a few restaurants in town. Taste pretty good since it half frozen, it goes down so smooth. Drunkenness and Brain Freeze.. Awesome! Besides who could resist the Juice Box Edition. It’s like sippycups for the homeys.
