Have Amazon customer service call you

Online shopper Richie writes in and says getting an Amazon customer rep on the phone isn't easy - but that you can have them call you:

If you've ever tried to find an 800 number on Amazon, it's no easy task. I did, finally, find what may be a new way to get an Amazon representative on the phone. Using this link, sign in and enter your phone number. Amazon then calls you immediately and after a few menu options, you can have a customer service rep on the phone in less than a minute (both times I tried).
